I saw Dr. Douglass's add in the Knoxville News Sentinel. I called his number and promptly got an appointment. He did a map of my legs and then he explained the problems and procedures to me and my husband. He was very polite, efficient, and professional. My husband, he likes him also. He liked the way Dr. Douglass explained things to us. He enjoys what he does and tried to make his patients as comfortable as possible. Another thing that impressed me about Dr. Douglass was after you have your procedure done he will personally call and check on you. He takes his patients to heart. His is concerned about his patient's needs and well being. He will also give you his home phone number and his cell number so you can call him in case of an emergency. I would personally recommend Dr.Douglass to all my friends and relatives. GB

Dr. Douglass was very good at explaining my problem and how to make my leg better. I still have burning and tingling in my feet but just found out that is due to diabetic neuropathy.
